WDF Costume Fittings Begin This Saturday, October 17th! Hi Parents and Dancers, We are excited to announce that we will begin Winter Dance Festival (WDF) costume fittings starting this Saturday, October 17th! Fittings will take place directly during dancers' regularly scheduled classes and will run through Friday, October 23rd. To ensure every dancer gets properly measured and fitted, please make sure your dancer attends class this week. Important Note Regarding Costume Shipments Please note that not all costumes have arrived at the studio just yet. If your dancer's class costume has not arrived during this main fitting window, don't worry! We will email individual classes as additional shipments arrive to schedule their fitting and ensure full attendance for those routines. Classes start September 8th, and we couldn't be more excited! Shoe Fittings We are holding two final shoe fittings: Tomorrow (Thursday, August 27th): 5:00 PM – 6:45 PM Wednesday, September 2nd: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM These are open fittings, so you can just show up—no appointment needed! Footwear & Class Requirements Hip-Hop: Clean white tennis shoes (these are not purchased through the studio). Tumbling: Barefoot. Studio Dress Code Intro Classes: Pink leotard, pink or tan tights, dance bag, spill-proof water bottle, and hair pulled back. Pre-Level and Up: Black leotard, pink or tan tights, dance bag, and a spill-proof water bottle. Hair requirements: Hair must be pulled back in a bun for ballet, and pulled back securely out of the face for all other classes. Cover-ups: Black shorts or leggings may be worn for jazz, tap, contemporary, and leaps/turns. Hip-Hop & Tumbling: Form-fitting athletic wear (nothing baggy), hair pulled back, and a spill-proof water bottle. Boys' Dress Code: White shirt with black shorts or pants. You can purchase all required dance gear for the season through our Store . Please make a note of these specific changes for Miss Rachel's Hip-Hop classes: Tuesday 6:30 Hip-Hop (Beetlejuice): Shoes: White Tennis Shoes Tights: Dark Tan Tights Wednesday 6:30 Hip-Hop: Shoes: Combat Boots Tights: NO Tights Action Item: If you have not submitted your dancer's shoe size for their boots yet, please message me ASAP so we can get them ordered!

 Recital Ticket Sales & Enrollment Updates It is officially show season! Please read the following updates carefully regarding tickets and upcoming registrations. Recital Ticket Sales Tickets go on sale this week! Cost is $20 per ticket (Cash Only) at the Adagio office. Please reference the attached show list before purchasing to ensure you are buying tickets for the correct performance. In-Office Sale Hours: Friday, April 24th: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday, April 25th: Available during regular class sessions Note: We will post a weekly office schedule for ticket sales moving forward, so keep an eye on our social media and your email. New Season & Summer Registration Registration is officially open as of today! Popular time slots fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your preferred schedule. 2026-2027 Full Season: Now open for all new and returning families. June Summer Session: Enrollment is also live starting today! Stay Informed We will be releasing a significant amount of show-related information over the next few weeks. Please check your email frequently and follow us on social media to stay up to date on rehearsals, schedules, and more.

We are so excited to begin planning for the 2026-2027 Dance Season! Our staff has spent a great deal of time evaluating each student’s progress to ensure they are placed in an environment where they will thrive, grow, and be appropriately challenged. Below is a list of suggested classes tailored specifically to your dancer. When registration opens, please use this quick guide to selecting your schedule: Choosing Your Schedule: Please select one class per level that works best for your family’s schedule. Single Suggestions: If only one class is listed for a specific level, the Adagio staff believes this is the absolute best fit for your dancer’s current development and skill set. Scheduling Conflicts: We understand that busy schedules happen! If the suggested day/time truly does not work for you, we can look at alternative options. Please Note: An alternative class may be at a lower level than your dancer’s current ability to ensure they are still receiving proper technical instruction. Action Step: You can email the studio ahead of Open Registration so we can work on a different option for you before classes fill up! Our goal at Adagio is to provide a path for every dancer to reach their full potential. These recommendations are designed with your dancer’s long-term success and technical growth in mind. We can’t wait to have your dancer back in the studio with us next year!

Hello Adagio Families, I wanted to touch base regarding our upcoming schedule as we head into Spring Break! Office & Email Updates: I will be out of the office starting this afternoon, March 25th, through April 5th. While I will still be checking and answering emails during my vacation, please keep in mind that my response time may be a little slower than usual. Studio Schedule: March 26–28: Miss Rachel will be out of the studio. March 29 – April 6: The studio will be CLOSED for Spring Break. April 7: We return to normal hours and—most importantly—Registration Day begins! Miss Rachel will also be enjoying vacation with her family until April 5th. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our staff takes this time to recharge before a very busy April & May! We can't wait to see everyone back at the studio on the 7th. Due to the ongoing winter weather and winds causing whiteout conditions in many areas, all classes at Adagio are cancelled for tonight. While some local roads may seem okay for tonight, we have staff members and families that travel from out of town where conditions aren't good. We want to ensure everyone stays safe!
