Welcome Back to Adagio! We can’t wait to see you all after Labor Day as we kick off the new season on Tuesday, September 8th!

We have an exciting year ahead of us, so we wanted to share a few important updates, reminders, and billing details to help everyone start the season smoothly.

Billing & Account Reminders

  • Statements & Auto-Pay: August statements and tuition charges have been sent out. You can log into Dance Studio Pro to make a payment anytime, or let auto-pay run on the first of the month. Going forward, we will send statements out 7 days prior to auto-pay so you have plenty of time to budget or pay via cash/check in the office.
  • Late Payments & Fees: As stated in our studio waiver, we are strictly enforcing our late payment policy this year. If an auto-pay fails, you have 30 days to clear your balance before a $10 late charge is assessed. Failed ACH payments or returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
  • Account Balances: Accounts more than 2 months behind will result in dancers pausing class attendance until the balance is paid or a weekly payment plan is set up through the office.
  • Winter Dance Festival Costumes: Costume fees will be posted in October, November, and December ($105 total, split into three easy payments). Costumes will go home after December 1st, provided your account balance is paid in full!

Studio Dress Code & Policies

  • Dancewear: Review our dress code requirements or shop our online dancewear store.
  • Class Essentials: Make sure your dancers arrive with hair securely pulled back out of their faces (a proper bun is required for ballet), along with their dance bag, all necessary shoes, and a small snack if they have back-to-back classes.
  • Tech-Free Classrooms: To keep everyone focused and present, no watches attached to phones (such as Apple Watches or children’s smartwatches) are allowed in class. All cell phones must be left in bags and are only permitted during breaks. A quick water break is for hydration, not phone time!
  • Toys: If dancers bring toys, dolls, or special items to the studio, please remind them to keep them safely tucked away in their bags. We do not allow toys in the classrooms, so it’s best to leave treasures at home to prevent them from getting lost.

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 11:15 AM
